Qualifications:

- CNA certification in the state of Indiana
- Customer service experience and understanding of Long
- Term Care staffing needs is preferred
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills - both written and verbal
- Must pass a background check
- Must undergo a TB test
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must pass a drug screening
Office Manager
Indianapolis, Indiana | Part-time
Office Managers role is to manage overall office communication, including answering phones, completing client intake questionnaires, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and filing correspondence.Schedules meetings and appointments as needed.Manages caregiver recruiting and onboarding process, including processing employment applications and conducting screenings, interviews, and new employee orientation.Prepares and reports on various client, caregiver, payroll, billing, and accounting-related data on a regular basis.Maintains client and employee records.Enters payroll, billing, and accounting data into computer and backup system as required.Orders and manages office supplies, forms, and equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED and one year of related experience and/or training in a business office environment.
- Requires strong administrative, managerial experience, and computer skills (Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
Caregiver

Caregivers play a vital role in providing companionship and services to enhance clients' living environment, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease at home. They provide personal care, meal assistance, transportation, medication management, and other necessary health care services.

Client Coordinator
Indianapolis, In | Full-time
The Client Coordinator role at Owsley Homecare Services involves overseeing the day-to-day front office operations. This includes managing appointment scheduling, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring excellent customer service for clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
- At least two years of experience in a licensed home care organization is necessary.
- Additionally, a minimum of two years in a care coordination role within home care or a similar setting is required.
- The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and empathetic.
